Currently only pre-paid debit card types are the only card that can be exchanged. We are currently working on being able to exchange store-brand gift cards.

 Prepaid cards, sometimes called prepaid debit cards, are issued by companies like American Express®, Visa®, Discover® and Mastercard®. 

Typically, you'll find a toll-free number you can call to discover your balance. You can also check your balance by visiting the card issuer's site and entering your card's 16-digit number and security code. Be cautious what website you use when checking the balance, going to the card issuer's website that is American Express®, Visa®, Discover® and Mastercard® is the safest.

 Like other transfers to your bank, it may take as many as three to five days for the balance to show in your account.
